'We love you, Papa': Royal children celebrate Father's Day

In their first social media post, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis shared a heartfelt Father's Day tribute to their father, Prince William.

The post, featuring a touching photo, reads: "We love you, Papa. Happy Father's Day," accompanied by two red heart emojis.

The photo, captured by Catherine, the Princess of Wales, shows Prince William standing on a beach with his arms around his children, gazing out at the sea. Kensington Palace confirmed that the picture was taken last month during a family trip to the Norfolk coast.

Earlier on Sunday, Prince William also marked Father's Day with a tribute to his father, King Charles III. He shared a nostalgic photograph of himself as a young child playing football with the future King in the gardens of Kensington Palace. The photo, dated 12 June 1984, shows a nearly two-year-old William smiling as he kicks a brightly colored football with his father.

A few months after this picture was taken, William’s younger brother, the Duke of Sussex, was born. William's post is signed off personally, with the caption: "Happy Father’s Day, Pa." Photo by USAID/Vietnam, Wikimedia commons.
